About Andrew

After graduating from Villanova University in 2013, Andrew began his career underwriting homeowners and renters insurance and analyzing home inspections. He bought his first home in Philadelphia the following year and has since become a local expert and investor. He is very excited to be the newest member of Fresh Places and to bring a unique perspective to the team!

Andrew approaches real estate the same way he approaches life: with a level head and a positive attitude. He is passionate about instilling confidence within his clients as they buy, sell and invest in real estate. He believes owning property is the most important investment one can make and encourages those around him (especially Millennials) to swap paying rent for building equity towards the future. If you don’t know where to start, Andrew and the Fresh Places team are happy to lead you through the entire process, no pressure or upsells, just honest advice and guidance!

Some of his favorite things to do around Philly are hike in Wissahickon, explore Center City, support the local art scene, spend time with family and friends, and connect with new people around his neighborhood.
