About Carolyn

Carolyn has been a Center City and Suburban Realtor for close to 15 years selling homes and building relationships in the neighborhoods she loves. Real Estate has been a part of her life since she was a child and for 35 years has had the benefit of both her parents being in the business as realtors and brokers. As a realtor she prides herself in being hard working, honest, reliable, highly responsive, and dedicated to her clients. She is client focused, relationship driven, and true to her word. Buying or selling a home is a major life event, Carolyn will be your advocate and provide unwavering support every step of the way!

Carolyn grew up in the suburbs and attended Radnor High School, graduated from the University of Dayton, and was then actually a middle school math teacher before becoming a Realtor. She spent over a decade living in Graduate Hospital with her husband and three kids, and now resides in Lower Merion. She brings a balance of Center City expertise (she owns several investment properties and is involved in real estate development in CC) as well as a comprehensive understanding of the suburban real estate market; this balance provides her clients with a seasoned and  strong level of service in all the markets she serves. She has the roots, relationships, and connections that are critical for her clients to be successful in these competitive markets.

When she isn't working, you will find her raising and supporting her 3 kids on the local sports fields. She is actively involved and volunteers as a HSA board member at Penn Valley Elementary and coaches her children's sports teams. She loves trying new restaurants, cheering on the Phillies and Eagles, playing tennis and exercising, going to the shore, and spending time with her family and friends.
