John "The Realty Don" Lynch brings a unique perspective to real estate shaped by a lifetime of experiences, entrepreneurship, and a passion for helping people.

Born in San Diego, California, John has had the privilege of calling Minnesota, Colorado, Oregon, Maryland, and even Italy home. Experiencing different communities and cultures taught him the importance of connection, understanding, and what truly makes a place feel like home.

Before real estate, John started his own business selling high-end collectible books, where he developed his entrepreneurial spirit and learned the value of relationships, trust, and delivering an exceptional experience.

John approaches real estate with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to making the process simple and enjoyable for his clients. He believes buying, selling, or investing in real estate is about more than just a transaction—it’s about helping people build their future with confidence.

Outside of real estate, John enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Katrina, exploring great food, watching movies (he’s a proud film enthusiast), reading, and preparing for their greatest adventure yet—welcoming their first child this October.
